Unified Receives Encore Recognition As Advertising Age's Best Places To Work

November 14th 2016

Today, Unified, an industry leader in award-winning marketing and analytics technology, was named one of Advertising Age’s Best Places to Work for the second time. In a year where the publisher had more interest than any year before, Unified is proud to be among the top 50 companies honored based on criteria such as leadership, corporate culture, role satisfaction, training, benefits and compensation.

Deeply entrenched in the #uLife culture, Unified’s 150+ employees are committed to preserving the inclusive, supportive environment which makes working at the company rewarding. All employees, regardless of whether they are based in our New York City, San Francisco, Chicago or Los Angeles offices, enjoy a broad range of policies and benefits, including:

“The companies on Ad Age’s Best Places to Work represent the cream of the crop in marketing, advertising, media and ad technology,” said Ad Age’s Deputy Editor Judann Pollack. “In these highly competitive fields, these 50 stand out for their best-in-class benefits, salaries and hiring practices, but also for creating a compelling culture in which employees are engaged, encouraged and valued. Talent has never been more important in marketing, and our Best Places to Work companies have proven that they can attract and retain the best in the business.”

“The passionate, talented and hard-working employees here at Unified motivate me everyday to make sure we maintain a rewarding environment so we can continue our trajectory towards healthy company growth and product innovation for our customers,” said Jason Beckerman, CEO and Co-Founder, Unified. “We are truly honored to be selected for a second time as one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work.”

Company assessments were conducted by Advertising Age research partner Best Companies Group. The process was comprised of two parts—an employer benefits and policies questionnaire and an employee survey. The employer survey featured questions which covered topics like work-life balance, communications, career development and other benefits and hiring practices. The employee survey, which all 150+ Unified employees completed, contained questions about work environment, management, training and satisfaction with benefits. Any agency, ad-tech firm, media company or marketing division that has operated for at least a year with a minimum of 15 full-time employees in the U.S. were eligible.
